In order to be able to carry out waterproofing work quickly and in good quality even on small to medium-sized construction projects. We have intensively tested the use of their "MARK X MAX Procontractor" in cooperation with the technicians of the globally active spray machine manufacturer Graco®.

For example, BORNIT® Flexbit was used for coating roof surfaces and BORNIT® Profi 1C Express was used for waterproofing buildings. The products could be sprayed without problems with the MARK X MAX, which is smaller than the GH 5040. With a hose length of up to 45 m, large action radii are possible so that repeated, time-consuming relocation of the spraying machine on the construction site is not necessary.

Due to the pump's maximum flow rate of 8.3 l/min, the spray pattern is very uniform and the working speed is high. The spraying machine can be connected to any 230 volt socket and has an output of 3 kW. This also enables the safe application of thicker materials such as our BORNIT® Profi 1C Express. Since the product does not need to be mixed, it can be pumped directly from our delivery container. It has a fast rain resistance, a high dry residue and is radon-proof.

Easy and Quick

We can therefore recommend the Graco® MARK X MAX spraying machine for small construction projects for the quick application of thin primers to pasty bitumen thick coatings. Its compact design and powerful spraying performance have absolutely convinced us.

The lower purchase or rental costs, easier handling and simple operation (compared to the GH 5040), combined with the low consumption of BORNIT®-Profi 1C Express. It makes an economically interesting combination and thus an insider tip for all "occasional waterproofers"!
